| Jacques Girard President Mr. Girard has been Chairman of the Board of IFCMontréal since Fall 1996, and is currently serving as Acting Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Master's degree in Law (LL.M) from the London School of Economics. Mr. Girard's past positions include Québec Deputy Minister of Education, President of Groupe Québecor Inc., and Chief Executive Officer of Montréal International.
